In statistical analysis 98% of the time we ship, whether a Fulfillment
customer, a professional Distributor, a Wholesaler/ Dealer/ Systems
Integrator or a Consumer, any orders we receive by 3pm PST ship
the same day. We offer full JIT inventory and full Technical

Due to our many agreements and contractual
obligations to our Wholesalers, Distributors and Agents world wide, TIC
Corporation may only offer consumers direct sales at MSR pricing. While
there are certain advantages and some customers insist on this, it
should be noted that TIC products can be obtained at superior pricing
through our many resellers. |

Business Accounts: New businesses are
initially set up on credit card terms until some history is established.
Open Accounts: 2% 10, Net 30 on company check, negotiated LOC.
Available only on a signed application and an approved TIC open account
credit application approval. Application approval periods are a minimum
of ten business days. Note: LOC clearance periods, typically 7 -
10 days are applied from final container inspection and not on available
transport ship date. |

All orders from the North America continent are
shipped F.O.B. City of Industry, California U.S.A. (our western D.C.).
Residential based businesses or consumers sometimes fall under special
carriage conditions and are subject to residential delivery rates. If
your order does not qualify for special freight considerations or
pre-paid freight then common carrier freight and insurance charges will
apply. All freight charges are subject to dimensions or oversize carrier
weight regulations and charges. Shipping fees are not refundable. The
customer is responsible for all freight charges for unaccepted or
refused delivery of shipments. Cancelled orders or refused shipments
will incur a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. For International

Pre-Paid Freight Policies (general): Consumers
may qualify for free shipping charges, order quantity or seasonal sales
special dependent. Wholesalers or Dealers may qualify for free freight
dependent upon location and order quantity. Distributors do not qualify
for free freight. |

Shipping Damages are the responsibility of the
carrier once the shipment is collected from TIC Corporation by the
carrier or their authorized agent. Any carriage damages should be
reported to the carrier immediately and to TIC Corporation within seven
(7) days of receipt of shipment. To ensure any damage or claim credit
for shipping damages; the original purchaser must return, the whole
shipped and damaged product in its original packaging to TIC Corporation
directly. |

To return any product to TIC Corporation requires
that you obtain an official RMA (Return Materials Authorization)
number first. Please contact the source of your purchase directly to
arrange this or if in any difficulty contact
us directly to obtain an RMA number. The original purchaser must
return, the whole shipped and damaged product in its original packaging
to TIC Corporation directly. RMA numbers are valid for a 30 day period
only. All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid, securely packaged
with the TIC Corporation RMA number clearly visible.
Returns will be credited at the price paid less shipping and
restocking fees or replaced under the conditions of the warranty.
Returns not received within thirty days (30) are considered accepted.
Defective Returns may be credited if returned in under 30 days of
purchase or repaired and/ or replaced dependent upon the conditions of
the product Warranty.
The original purchaser must include with any returns; the original
invoice and packaging along with the complete original product in an
un-tampered with condition. Any and all modifications or adjustments to
the original TIC product will negate the product warranty and any or all
obligation by TIC Corporation to service or repair the unit. TIC
products showing misuse or abuse will not be subject to credit or repair
and replacement.
Sales of discontinued items are purchased "as is" and not subject to
warranty conditions. |

product to be free from all defects in material and workmanship for a
one-year period from the original date of consumer purchase. This

negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation or accidental damage.
This Warranty is also void in the case of the use of solvents on our
products and does not cover the incidental replacement of consumable
items such as the light bulbs operating in certain models.
If the product should become defective within the warranty period,
TIC reserves the option to either; repair or replace the defective part
free of charge. Any and all returns must be accompanied
by an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number together with a
dated proof of purchase invoice or receipt of sale, customer name,
address and phone number. An RMA number or technical support is
